1. Aramid fiber untwisted roving fabric, mainly with aramid 1414 filament, untwisted roving is made of parallel precursor yarn or parallel monofilament bundle. The monofilament diameter of aramid fibers used in the production of roving varies from 5~15μm. The number of untwisted rovings ranges from 100 to 8000 (tex). Non-twisted roving can be directly used in some composite process molding methods, such as special textile, sheet prepreg, pipe winding, profile pultrusion and other processes, non-twisted yarn because of its uniform tension, can be woven into untwisted roving and special aramid fabrics, used in aerospace, industrial safety, civil industrial and other special industries.
Mainly low grammage aramid cloth plain fabric, one of the protective fabrics; Aramid non-woven cloth, that is, UD protective cloth; Aramid unidirectional cloth, used in occasions requiring high strength in a single direction of 0 degrees in the warp direction or 90 degrees in the weft direction, such as structural repair, seismic reinforcement, building reinforcement, bridge reinforcement, etc.; Decorative aramid cloth can also be woven into twill aramid cloth and colored aramid cloth.
2. Aramid non-woven fabric, felt sheet, aramid paper, used for insulation and heat preservation
Aramid fiber twisted fine gauze, aramid fabric, aramid fabric, mainly with aramid 1313 or a small amount of 1414 staple fiber
(1) Aramid fiber twisted fine gauze mainly refers to various fabrics woven after twisting with aramid 1313 or a small amount of 1414 staple fiber yarn. Mainly used in fire retardant and other fields. The characteristics of the fabric are determined by fiber properties, warp and weft density, yarn structure and texture. The warp and weft density is determined by the yarn structure and texture. The warp and weft density plus the yarn structure determine the physical properties of the fabric, such as weight, thickness and breaking strength. There are five basic weaves: plain, twill, satin, ribbed and mat.
(2) Aramid twisted webbing is divided into webbing tape (light edge belt) and non-woven edge belt (raw edge belt), and the main weaving method is plain weave. It is used in the manufacture of high-strength, dielectric parts of electrical equipment and automotive hoses.
(3) Aramid cord fabric, that is, twisted aramid unidirectional fabric impregnated, which is characterized by high strength in the direction of warp 0 degrees or weft yarn 90 degrees. Among them, warp unidirectional fabric is a four-warp broken satin or long-shaft satin fabric woven from roving warp and fine weft yarn, which is used in aircraft tires and high-grade automobile tires.
(4) Three-dimensional fabric three-dimensional fabric is relative to flat fabric, its structural characteristics have developed from one-dimensional two-dimensional to three-dimensional, so that the composite material with this as the reinforcement has good integrity and profile, and greatly improves the interlaminar shear strength and damage tolerance of the composite material. It is developed for demanding composite manufacturing needs, and its application has been extended to automotive parts, sports equipment, marine components, medical equipment and other civil industrial fields. There are five main categories: woven three-dimensional fabrics, knitted three-dimensional fabrics, orthogonal and non-orthogonal non-woven three-dimensional fabrics, three-dimensional woven fabrics and other forms of three-dimensional fabrics. The shapes of three-dimensional fabrics include block, columnar, tubular, hollow truncated cone and variable thickness special-shaped cross-section.
(5) Special-shaped fabric The shape of the special-shaped fabric is very similar to the shape of the article it is to be enhanced, and must be woven on a special loom. Symmetrical shaped special-shaped fabrics include: round covers, cones, caps, dumbbell-shaped fabrics, etc., and can also be made into asymmetrical shapes such as boxes and hulls.
(6) Grooved core fabric Grooved core fabric is a fabric composed of two layers of parallel fabrics, connected by longitudinal vertical bars, and its cross-sectional shape can be triangular or rectangular.
(7) Sewing knitting is also known as knitted felt or woven felt, which is different from ordinary fabrics and different from felts in the usual sense. The most typical sewing weave is a layer of warp yarn overlapped with a layer of weft yarn, and the warp yarn is woven together with the weft yarn to become a fabric.
3. Combination aramid cloth
That is, aramid felt, aramid untwisted roving fabric and aramid untwisted roving, etc., are combined in a certain order of aramid composite fabric.
